WE ARE BACK, BABAY!
For real! We are finally back and better than ever! After a much needed three-week hiatus, we are diving in head first with all of the goodness we learned while in Texas at a three-day business event. We were at CBF Live, a huuuuge cleaning company conference in the beautiful Fort Worth. As we suspected, we learned SO much and started to immediately "burn the ships" when getting back home. Like, it's been totally crazy. We've already done SO MUCH!
A few updates from the episode:
- We needed to establish role clarity as the owners of our business!
- We always need to be marketing AND hiring (a classic chicken-or-egg kind of question)
- It's time to burn the ships & start making moves in our business!
- We were officially accepted as partners for Cleaning for a Reason!
- We joined our local Chamber of Commerce
- Annnnd we signed on with a (pretty darn expensive) recruiter!
