Today, we are back with another installment in our Hustled Up Book Club series.
We're talking alllll about "The Miracle Morning" by Hal Elrod! We both jumped on the Miracle Morning bandwagon over the summer and they were instantly obsessed. We discuss Hal's tactical self-development practices and how doing his SAVERS routine before the day even starts has been a huge influence on our days.
The SAVERS routine, in a nutshell:
- Silence: Begin your morning with some meditation, prayer or good ol' fashioned silence to ease your mind & start fresh.
- Affirmations: write 'em down & say them out loud!
- Visualization: Close your eyes & really think about what you want in life. See it. Taste it. Feel it!
- Exercise: Movement. Need we say more?
- Reading: Reading just 10 pages of a self-development book daily can work wonders on you.
- Scribing: Also known as journaling - this is a great way to reflect & remember!
