I gotta be honest with y'all: Laura and I are f*cking tired.
Our motivation is just .. out the window lately. There's been a lot of things happening - business related & not - and we're starting to feel that good ol' fashioned burnout. So much so that we didn't even want to record this episode 😬, but we're committed & we're here.
With all that being said, it's a perfect time to have a conversation about the things we can try to help combat these feelings. Things like establishing a better morning routine, exercising & practicing self care make the top of the list, but we discuss a buuuunnnnch of stuff.
