The issue? We're running behind on our initial deep cleanings more than we'd like to admit. So today, Laura and I walk through the steps we've taken to correct this problem. Firstly, Laura conducted an audit to identify the root causes of the issue, which ruled out certain things, which we talk about in detail. We settled on the idea that it's a combination of using the wrong products and our pricing for those cleanings, which we do explain in this episode! We've now set a goal of being on time for 80% of their deep cleanings and are implementing new policies and training to achieve this - and we'll definitely keep you updated on our progress!
