COLLABORATION OVER COMPETITION.
How many times do I gotta say it?!
In today's episode, Laura and I discuss our experience hosting a collaborative event with another local cleaning company. Even though we're considered "competition," we formed an amazing relationship with our business-owner friends & our relationship has been worth its weight in gold. Our colleague and friend named the event Cleaners Connect, and it was a blast! Today, we highlight the importance of building relationships and trust within the industry, as well as the benefits of investing in and developing our employees. This awesome event provided an opportunity for our staff to connect, bond, and engage in self-development activities, which we talk about in detail. Laura and I also emphasize the significance of creating a positive company culture and treating employees well [sounding like a broken record at this point but we just need to drive it home]!
