- Ask for feedback from clients to continuously improve the quality of service.
- Use email campaigns and newsletters to stay in touch with clients and offer coupons.
- Give small gifts as tokens of appreciation to show clients that you care.
- Ensure consistency in service delivery through retraining and quality control.
