From chaos .. to clarity .. for the most part. 😅
Today's episode is quite the DOOZY. Laura & decided to take a trip down memory lane & recall a typical workday in 2021. Things were quite different three years ago .. and not in the best way. 😅 We reflect on our journey as entrepreneurs in the cleaning industry and talk a lot about, well, how far we've come!
Laura and I also take time to chat about the importance of investing in mentors and personal development, as well as the important of prioritizing the creation of an excellent work environment. To be totally honest, we had no clue what we were doing back in 2021! We hold ourselves accountable for the chaos back then, because we simply did not know how to lead.
It took a lot of time, reflection and money, but we've overcome a lot in the past. So today, through storytelling and insights, we aim to inspire listeners to learn from our mistakes and embrace change for a better future. 🥹
